EXAMPLE SETUP SHEET

Every connection has a place.

  • Footprint: dimensions, equipment positions, and visitor access.
  • Equipment: quantities, compatible stands, mounts, and accessories.
  • Connections: device inputs, playback source, and required adapters.
  • Power: device loads, operating hours, approved supply, and cable routes.
  • Handoff: functional checks, basic operating instructions, and pickup details.

For example, a screen rental is checked against your laptop’s output and the adapter it needs—not just the screen size.

THE DETAILS

A few useful answers.

Can I rent individual items?

Start with one of our three essentials offers or request specific equipment. Availability and any applicable minimum booking value are confirmed in your quote.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on your equipment, dates, location, and labor needs. Equipment sourcing, delivery, setup, and pickup are itemized separately, along with any minimum booking value, deposits, and booking terms.

Where do you deliver, and is setup included?

We serve Los Angeles and Las Vegas, with other locations available by request. Delivery and installation are quoted separately, with venue access, setup, and pickup times agreed before booking.

Can you accommodate outdoor events and trade shows?

Yes, subject to site suitability and venue rules. Outdoor setups need appropriate shelter, securing, and a weather plan. For trade shows, share the exhibitor manual; venue-exclusive utilities, labor, and event fees are separate.
